Peter Collinson reminds Linnaeus that he sent him three volumes of Mark Catesby’s work [Collinson refers to The Natural history of Carolina] by the ship Assurance to Stockholm. Tobias Björk, was his agent in England, and Torland [Tornland] captain of the ship. So far, Collinson has not found that anything has been done to pay him for this, or 6 pounds and 6 pence for the books and two shillings for the box. Collinson asks Linnaeus to see that he gets his money.
