Georgij Akinfievich Demidov informs Linnaeus that he has sent him a letter dated 13 September 1751 [Demidov to Linnaeus13 September, 1751{L1318}] and also seeds of two species of Helleborum growing at Tula. He does, however, not know whether Linnaeus has received anything. Demidov is now sending seeds from plants growing in the remote parts of Siberia and neighbouring parts of Siberia. Seeds from Solikamsk are also enclosed. He asks Linnaeus to answer the present letter as well as the previous one. The seeds are very fresh, since they have recently been received from Demidov’s gardener. Demidov inquires about the Spiraea sorbi folio, which he sent Linnaeus in 1749. P.S. Demidov also sends seeds from Astrakhan.
