Notes
The ms. was made in Yangi Hissar by Molla Amir Ali ibn Muhammad Ali (f. 112b). The date is given on f. 112b as 1235/1819-1820 which evidently was the year of the manuscript from which this copy was made. On the same folio the copying date is given according to the Christian calender, namely 1930, August 26, which is the correct date of this copy.
Ownership:
The ms. once belonged to Rev. Sigfrid Moen who had this copy made in Yangi Hissar where Molla Amir Ali was employed by the Swedish Mission. After Moen's death in 1989 it was presented by his heirs to Gunnar Jarring.
Acquisition:
The ms. was part of the Jarring collection of Eastern Turkistan manuscripts donated to the Lund University Library in 1989.
